If you aren't sure if you are a SWEPCO customer:

  • Look on your electic bill: The company you call when the lights go out is your Transmission & Distribution Utility (TDU). If your bill lists CenterPoint as your TDU, you may be eligible to participate.

2012 Energy Efficiency Plan & Report

The Energy Efficiency Rule requires the electric utilities to file an Energy Efficiency Plan &Report (EEPR) by April 1 of each year. The EEPR describes how the utility intends to achieve the goals set forth by the PUC and is divided into a Plan, which describes how the utility intends to implement its energy efficiency programs over the next two years, and a Report, which outlines actual program results and spending for the previous program year.

EEPRs from previous years can be found here.
